Autobusni promet d.d. Varaždin is a shareholding founded in 1947. Its basic business is transport of passengers in domestic and international road traffic.

In fifty years of existence, our shareholding has experienced rapid growth. Today it has 145 buses, 4 bus terminals, "Varaždintours" tourist agency and modern servicing outfit for bus and vehicle maintenance.

The shareholding employs 498 employees.

We own 40 latest models of tourist class buses used mainly for international transport of passengers in line and free-arrangement transport.

In domestic road traffic, the shareholding offers transport services in two counties, Varaždin and Međimurje. In addition, it covers inter-city traffic and provides group tourist rides.

In international transport, the shareholding maintains these regular lines: Germany - Munich, Stuttgart and Frankfurt, Switzerland - Zurich, Austria - Vienna, Graz and Radkersburg, Hungary - Nagykanizsa, and Italy - Trieste, and Bosnia and Herzegovina - Medjugorje.

Tourist rides are organised through "Varaždintours" agency with contacts on the markets of Italy, France, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Greece, Austria and, specially, Germany.

Apart from the basic business involving passenger transport, our company features permanently other associated lines of business such as extending bus terminal service to clients, services of the tourist agency, and vehicle repair and maintenance service.
